Return Policy

The Night Church is dedicated to bringing you the highest quality products and services available.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.

Buyer is responsible to refuse defective or damaged boxes upon delivery.

Returns and Exhanges:

Exchanges or returned items that are non-defective are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving order, and they must be returned unused in their original packaging. Shipping will not be refunded. E-mail us at TheNightChurch@sbcglobal.net for a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt and acceptance of returned items.

Damaged Items:

If you realize you received a damaged or defective item after accepting delivery, please contact us immediately at TheNightChurch@sbcglobal.net for a Return Authorization Number. All claims MUST be made within three (3) days of receiving the order. For your protection returns need to be shipped with tracking information. We will not charge you any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments of damaged or defective items.

Missing Items:

If you are missing items from your order please put the package aside, and contact us at TheNightChurch@sbcglobal.net within three (3) days of receiving the order so we can get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
